KEN BLANCHARD is the Chief Spiritual Officer (CSO) of The Ken Blanchard Companies, a San Diego-based full-service management consulting and training organization that he founded with his wife, Dr. Marjorie Blanchard, in 1979. Ken is in high demand as a keynote speaker and has addressed gatherings of numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as leading firms around the world. But it is perhaps as an author that he is best known. The Blanchards are pleased that their son Scott, their daughter Debbie, and her husband Humberto are also active in their business. Ken and Margie are also the proud grandparents of Kurtis and Kyle, the two sons of Scott and Chris Blanchard, who live near the Blanchards’ hometown of San Diego.
